BSNL, an India state-owned telecommunications company, has recently launched its new broadband plan in India. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is currently offering its new broadband services in few places, including Chennai and Telangana circles on a promotional basis.
The new Bharat Fiber Broadband Combo plan is introduced at an original price of Rs 1,999, which offers 1.5 TB daily data at a maximum speed of 200 MBPS. The scheme comprises of 90 days validity with the FUP data limit of 1500 GB. Moreover, if the FUP limit is reached, then speed will be reduced to 2 MBPS.
However, there is no limit for reduced 2 MBPS speed, which is unlimited to upload and download data. BSNL has recently launched its new broadband plan to selected regions and will soon lauch across all the major parts of India.

The plan offers the following benefits:
- 1.5 TB of data benefit at 200 Mbps speeds
- Unlimited voice calling to any network within India
- No limit to upload and download at 2 Mbps after FUP limit is achieved
- Free Amazon Prime subscription of Rs. 999
To subscribe to this plan, BSNL charges a minimum hire period for a month of the broadband plan. Besides, users will also have to pay one-month charges for a security deposit as well.
BSNL has the plane live on its official website, and interested users can subscribe to this plan till April 6, 2020. The plan is currently launched on a promotional basis and will no longer available after the promotional period ends. The users may have to look for other options then.
BSNL has introduced this plan as a competitor to its rivalry JIO telecom, currently offering Jio Fiber broadband services @ Rs 2,499. The plan is inclusive of 500 MBPS data but a lower FUP of 1.25 TB. BSNL, as an introductory offer, is giving away 250 GB for the first six months.
