Honor launches its first PC category product, “MagicBook laptop,” and Magic Earbuds.

Honor at its virtual event, which was held in Barcelona, has globally announced the launch of its MagicBook series of laptops and Magic Earbuds. Besides, at the time of the event, Honor did make an announcement of the latest Huawei Mobile Service (HMS) based smartphones Honor 9X Pro and Honor View 30, which were the main player attractions.

The virtual event gained high popularity, and people were astonished at the company claiming its flagship smartphones boasts of cinema-grade cameras. Keeping aside these two powered devices, the crowd was also surprised to see Honor globally launching its first PC category devices, i.e., Honor MagicBook laptop series.

Honor MagicBook Laptop Series

The company has globally launched the MagicBook 14 and MagicBook 15 series laptops with ergonomic design, powerful features, and secure privacy for its users. Honor has officially claimed that these laptops exult up to 12 hours of extended battery life with on a single charge.

The laptop series carry tremendous and powerful features, including thin and lightweight design, dedicated graphics card of Radeon Vega 8 GPU, or NVIDIA GeForce MX150. The laptops are available in two eye-catching adorable colors, Space Gray and Mystic Silver.

Moreover, it has a solid Type-C charger with a 65W fast charging capability, which will allow the seamless working on the laptop with low charging time. Both laptop variants are avaible in Intel and AMD, as well.

The AMD version of the laptop houses Ryzen 5 3500U CPU with 8 GB of DDR4 dual-channel RAM with Radeon Vega 8 GPU for lightning-fast performance and enhanced graphics quality. Besides, the Intel version operates on 8th generation Intel Core i5-8520U processor with 4 cores and 8 threads for ultra-fast performance. The intel version will house NVIDIA GeForce MX150 Graphics Card and 2GB GDDR5 Dedicated Memory.

India Today noticed, “Honor also claims it has built the laptops with privacy in mind, with the MagicBook series coming equipped with a pop-up webcam that is discreetly hidden underneath the camera button on the keyboard.” Further, the company has also added a more secure and effortless login experience with a fingerprint power button for instant access.

However, the company hasn’t revealed anything about when its MagicBook laptop series will make way to India. But the company has officially announced that MagicBook series will be available in the UK, Germany, France, the Czech Republic, and other markets from the end of March.

Honor Magic Earbuds


Honor has also announced its Magic Earbuds, which Android Authority titles as “Another AirPods clone, but in a nice teal.” The earbuds are claimed to have excellent sound quality with hybrid noise cancellation.

The company claims that the Honor Magic Earbuds will get 3.5 hours of constant music playback on just one charge and supports USB Type-C charging. Android Authority writes, “the Magic Earbuds are clearly AirPods clones, you won’t spend nearly as much money on these as you would a set of AirPods Pro, as the Magic Earbuds start at $140.”

The earbuds also house the built-in triple microphone system and 10mm driver unit for music lovers to deliver high-quality bass.
